Project Name: Thailand Solar Photovoltaic Power Station Project (EPC Supplies and Services Procurement)

1. Project Overview

In order to serve the green energy cooperation between China and Thailand and help the development of renewable energy in Thailand, we are now openly soliciting equipment supply and engineering service cooperation units at home and abroad for a total of seven solar power station projects in three provinces in Thailand.

The seven power stations are located in three provinces in northeastern Thailand:

The total installed capacity of the seven power stations is about 50.4 MWp, and the ground fixed photovoltaic power station scheme is adopted, covering the whole chain construction from components, inverters, supports, electrical cables to civil construction, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance.

Scope of 2. procurement

1. Photovoltaic modules: N-type double-sided photovoltaic modules, with a single power of not less than 730W and a module conversion efficiency of not less than 23%, have excellent PID resistance, low attenuation and humidity and heat resistance.

2. String inverter: single rated power 330kW, maximum conversion efficiency not less than 99%, protection level not less than IP66, suitable for 182/210 large-size components.

3. Support and structural system: ground fixed support, meeting local wind load, load and geological conditions, including support foundation.

4. Electrical equipment and cables: AC power distribution cabinet, DC combiner box, two-way metering meter, photovoltaic special DC cable and AC cable, etc.

5. Civil engineering: site clearing, land leveling, internal roads, fences, drainage system and reservoir and other supporting works.

6. Engineering services: project design, project management, installation and construction, testing and commissioning, grid connection support and two-year operation and maintenance services.

3. Supplier Qualification Requirements

Domestic and foreign enterprises with the qualification of photovoltaic equipment manufacturing, supply or power station project contracting.

The products are in line with IEC, UL and other international standards, and have the corresponding product certification.

Overseas PV project supply or construction experience is preferred.
